The 16S Series manual sewage pump from Little Giant is specifically engineered to handle the tough, demanding tasks of effluent and sewage waste transfer with high- efficiency. Equipped with a robust 1 horsepower motor and non-clog impeller, the 16S is built for dewatering, effluent waste, wastewater, and sewage handling where such materials must be moved upward from a collection point to sewer, septic or drainage areas.
Engineered for long-term dependability, the 16S Series sewage pump has a powerful 1 horsepower motor consisting of an oil-filled motor housing for lifetime mechanical seal and bearing lubrication and efficient heat dissipation. It includes a mechanical-type seal (stainless steel spring, nitrile parts, carbon, and ceramic faces) with secondary exclusion seal for added strength and durability. The dynamically balanced two-vane non-clog impeller is designed with pump-out vanes to keep solids away from the seal for less seal and bearing wear.
