The Monarch Industries Submersible Sewage Pump WS31 Series represents the gold standard in submersible effluent and sewage pumping. Ideal for liquid effluent pumping and applications requiring the movement of solids up to 11/16″ (WS30/31) or 3/4″ (WS50/100) in diameter, the WS Series is built to last. The motor and pump housing are cast from Class 30 Cast Iron, providing superior heat dissipation and structural integrity compared to thermoplastic alternatives.

- Rugged Construction: Motor and pump housing are manufactured from Cast Iron Class 30 for long-term durability.
- Non-Clog Impeller: Features a Cast Iron Class 30 solids-handling impeller. The WS30/WS31 series utilizes a three-vane design, while the WS50, WS50H, and WS100H utilize a two-vane design to prevent clogging.
- Superior Sealing: Equipped with a mechanical carbon/ceramic Type 6, 5/8″ rotary seal to ensure a watertight motor compartment.
- Corrosion Resistant: The motor shaft is crafted from 416 stainless steel, and all fasteners are stainless steel for easy serviceability.
- Protected Motor: The oil-filled chamber provides excellent cooling and includes automatic overload protection. The capacitor start design ensures high torque, and single-phase models feature automatic reset thermal protection.
- Versatile Operation: Available with a mercury-free float switch for automatic on-off operation. Options include piggyback style (WS30) or SJE Pump Master (WS50, WS50H, WS100H).
