Monarch Industries ACE Water Pumps

Monarch EPE Series Electric Motor Powered Water Pump

Your old pump still runs the sprinklers, drains the tank, or fills the water truck, but the nameplate says Monarch, and the line is now part of Franklin Electric. Monarch water pumps now sit in the Franklin Electric family, and repair parts for many models are still on hand while stock lasts. This page shows which section fits the pump you own and what to send for a fast quote.

How to Find Parts or a Replacement for Monarch Pumps

Start with the model number on the pump nameplate. Monarch surface and engine pumps moved to Franklin Electric with an F added to the model name, so the TT-40 became the FTT-40 and the ACE C-face models (ACE-33 to ACE-200) became the FAC. Many submersible models, such as the WS and ESP, continue under Little Giant with the same names, and we still quote parts for older Monarch pumps.

Choose Monarch Water Pumps by the Model You Own

Find your series in the left column. The right column tells you which section below covers it.

Your pump What it does Section
ACE, EPE, MJS, MJC, NSPHE, RLHE, SPHE, B50S, BE-S, BSE, or BSEF on an electric motor Moves clean water, well water, effluent, or farm chemicals Electric motor pumps
WS, WSV, ESP, UP, or WS200G sitting in a pit or basin Pumps sewage, effluent, or sump water from under the water line Submersible sump and sewage pumps
AOT, ACT, BSTF, MIT, NT3M9, or TT with a bare shaft Runs off a belt, a PTO, or a separate motor through a coupling Shaft driven pumps
MIG, TSP, NSGF, BSGF, NG, or ACGF with its own engine Moves water where there is no power Gas engine pumps
TT-20, TT-30, TT-40, TT-60, or TSP moving dirty water Passes large solids through the pump Trash pumps and parts

The Five Monarch Pump Families

Electric Motor Pumps

These pumps sit above the water and run on a standard electric motor. They range from the 1/2 HP ACE-50 centrifugal pump to EPE end suction pumps with motors up to 30 HP. Browse centrifugal, jet, sprinkler, and self-priming series in the Monarch electric motor pump section.

Submersible Sump, Sewage, and Effluent Pumps

These pumps sit in the pit and push water up and out. ESP and WS effluent models pass spherical solids up to 3/4 inch, and the WS200G models grind sewage for small pressure lines.

The WS sewage and effluent models (not the WS200G grinders), the ESP, and the UP continue under Little Giant with the same model names. See every sewage, grinder, effluent, and sump series in the Monarch submersible pump lineup.

Shaft Driven Pumps

Shaft driven pumps have no motor or engine of their own. AOT, ACT, BSTF, MIT, and TT pumps run from a belt drive, a PTO, or a direct drive through a flexible coupling. Compare frame mount models and Franklin cross-references among the Monarch shaft driven pumps.

Gas Engine Pumps

These pumps carry their own Honda, Briggs and Stratton Vanguard, or Kohler engine, depending on the model. They suit farms, job sites, and remote tanks with no power nearby. Find the MIG, NSGF, BSGF, NG, and ACGF in the Monarch gas engine pump section.

Trash Pumps and Parts

TT trash pumps pass solids up to 3 inches through the 4 inch ports on the TT-40. The TT-20 to TT-40 continue as the Franklin FTT, and a TT-60 swaps to an FTT-40 with a coupler adapter. Find TT-20 to TT-40 parts on the Monarch trash pump parts page, and ask us whether a TT-60 part is in stock.

Where Each Monarch Line Went

Franklin Electric owns the Monarch pump line and sells it under three names. Here is the pattern.

  • Surface and engine pumps: Franklin Electric, with an F in front of the model, such as FAC, FBSE, FMIT, FTT, FMIG, and FNSGF.
  • Submersible and self-priming effluent pumps: Little Giant, with the same model names, for the WS sewage and effluent models, the ESP, the UP, and the BE-S50 and BE-S75.
  • Sprinkler pumps: the NSPHE moved to the Franklin Turf Boss, and the RLHE is a Red Lion model.
  • No confirmed match yet: EPE, MJC, B50S, BE-S33, NT3M9, SPHE, and the WS200G grinders. Send us the model number and we will confirm the current equivalent.

Monarch Pump Parts Supplier

Many Monarch product pages here include the original repair parts table, with a reference number and a code number for each part. That lets you order the exact seal, impeller, gasket, casing, or motor your pump uses.

Ken's Distributing supplies Monarch parts and the Franklin Electric pumps that replaced them. We quote every order and ship nationwide and worldwide.

What to Send for a Monarch Quote

  1. The model number and the order or item number from the nameplate.
  2. A photo of the nameplate, or of the pump and worn part if the label is gone.
  3. For parts, the reference or code number from the parts table, if you have it.
  4. For a replacement pump, the job, the power on site, and the pipe sizes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who owns Monarch Industries?

Franklin Electric owns the Monarch water pump line. Franklin Electric Canada bought the pump division of Monarch Industries, a company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Monarch Industries still runs as a separate business that makes hydraulic cylinders and custom iron castings, and Monarch hydraulic power units belong to another company. So if you own a Monarch water pump, its parts and replacements now come through Franklin Electric or its Little Giant brand.

Are Monarch pumps still for sale?

Some Monarch pumps are still for sale under a new brand name. The WS sewage and effluent models, the ESP and UP, and the BE-S50 and BE-S75 continue under Little Giant with the same model names, but the WS200G grinders and the BE-S33 are not confirmed. Surface and engine pumps moved to Franklin Electric with an F prefix, such as the FAC for the ACE C-face models and the FTT for the TT-20 to TT-40. The EPE and B50S have no confirmed match, so send us the model number first.

Can I still get parts for an old Monarch pump?

Yes, you can still get parts for many old Monarch pumps, including seals, impellers, casings, gaskets, and motors. Some Franklin replacement models share parts with the Monarch pump they replaced, such as the ACE and FAC centrifugal pumps. Start with the model number and any code number from the parts list. If the nameplate is gone, a photo of the pump and the worn part helps us match it before anything ships.

Where can I find Monarch pump manuals?

You can find the key data from Monarch pump manuals on our Monarch product pages. Each one lists the model and order numbers, a performance chart, dimensions, and the repair parts table with code numbers. That covers what you need to order parts or size a replacement. If your model is not listed, send us the model number and a nameplate photo, and we will check the data we have for it.

Ready to order? Send us your Monarch model or serial number and we will quote the right pump or part.
