The Monarch Industries TT-20 is a frame-mounted, self-priming trash pump built with heavy-duty, all-iron construction engineered for industrial, commercial, and marine applications where solids handling is critical.
The Monarch TT Series features a cast gray iron casing with extra reinforcing ribs for added strength and a large capacity for faster priming. Two heavy-duty sealed ball bearings ensure long service life, while the enclosed cast gray iron impeller with a two-vane design handles spherical solids. A built-in check valve with threaded NPT suction inlet prevents syphoning and facilitates priming. The clean-out cover uses wing nuts for tool-free removal no wrenches required enabling quick access for inspection or clean-out. The priming plug enables priming without removal of the discharge piping. A replaceable wear ring maintains pump efficiency over the life of the unit. The stainless steel shaft includes a keyway for secure impeller mounting.
