No. The Monarch NSPHE-300 is a 3 HP pump configured for 230 Volt Only single-phase power. It cannot be run on 115V.

Does the NSPHE-300 have thermal overload protection?

No. Unlike the smaller HP models, the 3 HP and 5 HP JM frame motors do not have built-in thermal overload protection. You must install external overload protection in your control box.

What is the difference between the NSPHE-300 and the NSPHE-S200?
