Ken’s Distributing stocks 2-inch diaphragms for the most common pumps on the jobsite, in four materials, ready to ship the same day. This page shows you what we carry, how to pick the right material, and how to confirm the fit before you order. A worn diaphragm means lost suction, weak flow, and a pump that quits when you need it most. The good news is that the part is easy to replace once you know your pump model and the material you need.Shop 2-Inch Diaphragms by Pump Brand

Which Material Is Right for Your 2-Inch Pump?
The material decides how long your diaphragm lasts and what fluids it can handle. Here is a plain breakdown so you can pick with confidence.Rubber
Rubber is the budget-friendly pick for plain water and light-duty jobs. It flexes well and handles everyday dewatering without trouble. Many crews keep a few of our rubber replacement diaphragms on the truck as spares.Neoprene
Neoprene is the tough all-arounder. It has strong tensile strength and shrugs off weather and flex cracking, which makes it a smart choice for construction and steady water handling. Our neoprene diaphragms are a common upgrade from worn rubber parts.Buna (Nitrile)
Buna resists oils, fuels, and hydrocarbons. Pick it when you pump near diesel, lubricants, or petroleum fluids, since plain rubber breaks down fast around those.TPE (Santoprene)
TPE blends thermoplastic strength with rubber-like flex and broad chemical resistance. It is one of the longest-lasting choices for heavy industrial use. See the full lineup of TPE Santoprene diaphragms if uptime matters most. How to Measure a 2-Inch Diaphragm Before You Order
The word “2-inch” refers to your pump’s port size, not the diaphragm itself. To get the right part the first time, check these four things:- Overall diameter, measured straight across the full diaphragm.
- Bolt-hole pattern: count the holes and measure the spacing center to center. Note any “no-hole” style, like the AMT TPE version.
- Center mounting hole or stud opening diameter.
- Pump make and model, such as CH&E 5400, Magnum MCP6400, AMT 336, or Tsurumi TD5-200.
