The VCL-24ULS condensate pump is ideal for the removal of condensate from air conditioners. Its robust design is also suitable for high-efficiency oil or gas-fired condensing furnaces and condensing boiler equipment. It includes a 1-gallon collection tank to handle large-scale applications.
The VCL-24-ULS 1/18 hp Condensate Removal Pump features a safety switch, 1 gallon ABS plastic tank, and 6-foot power cord. The included safety switch can be connected to shut down the air conditioner condenser or wired to an alarm to warn of possible tank overflow. The discharge is a 1/4″ FNPT or 3/8″ O.D. barbed tubing adapter. The pump is controlled by a float/switch mechanism which turns the pump on when approximately 3-1/2″ of water collects in the tank and automatically switches off when the tank drains to approximately 2″.
