The C Series is factory assembled for shallow-well service. When the pumping water level is within the practical 25 ft vertical suction-lift range, the pump uses its shallow-well injector arrangement and a properly sized suction line, foot/check valve and pressure-tank system. The 30/50 PSI pressure switch controls normal pressure-tank operation.

Deep-Well Installation

For a deeper source, the installer removes the shallow-well injector, installs the bypass plug, and places a correctly matched deep-well injector in the well using the required pipe arrangement.
