Condensate & Drain Pumps
Condensate removal pumps for air conditioning, high-efficiency furnaces and boilers, including low profile, high temperature and mini-split units, plus neutralizers and overflow safety switches.
Any equipment producing condensate that sits below its drain line needs one of these, because gravity will not do the job. Water collects in a small reservoir until a float rises and the pump lifts it to the drain.
Two things guide the choice. Physical space decides the format, with low profile and shallow pan units fitting where a standard tank will not and mini-split models designed to hide in the line set. Temperature decides the rest, since boiler and high-efficiency furnace condensate runs hotter and is mildly acidic, which is what a neutralizer ahead of the pump is for. Our condensate pump guide covers sizing, the acid question and why an annual clean prevents most failures.
